If it's not right, it's refunded.

Digital downloads can't be returned, so the policy here is simpler than a return: if a purchase isn't what you expected, you get your money back.

How it works

Email louritaandme@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include the order ID from your PayPal receipt (it's also shown on the thank-you page after checkout). Say what wasn't right if you'd like to — it helps us make the products better — but you don't have to. The refund goes back through PayPal to whatever payment method you used, usually within a couple of business days.

Missing or broken downloads

If a download didn't arrive, a link didn't work, or a file won't open, that's on us — email with your order ID any time (no 7-day limit) and we'll send the files directly or make it right.

The fine print, kept short

Refunds cover purchases made on this site. Repeated purchase-refund cycles of the same items may be declined. That's the whole policy.
